Our sole office location is equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting and smart power management systems to minimize electricity consumption.
Remote-First Work Culture:
Approximately 85% of our workforce operates remotely, significantly reducing emissions related to daily commuting, office utilities, and resource consumption.
Sustainable Commuting:
Of the 15% of employees who commute to the office, less than 5% drive personal vehicles, while the vast majority use public transportation, contributing to lower carbon emissions and traffic congestion.
Reduced Physical Infrastructure Needs:
Our limited in-office presence enables us to maintain a minimal office footprint, resulting in reduced usage of electricity, water, paper, and office supplies.
Digital-First Operations:
We prioritize paperless workflows, digital collaboration, and cloud-based file sharing to minimize our environmental impact and reduce paper and printing waste.
E-Waste Responsibility:
All end-of-life IT equipment is disposed of through certified e-waste recycling vendors, ensuring ethical handling of electronic materials.
Minimal Non-Hazardous Wastage
We are conscious about the non-hazardous waste that we produce each day and monitor it closely to keep it less than 2 lb. a day or 650 lb. a year target
Sustainable Procurement:
Wherever possible, we source office supplies and equipment from vendors who comply with eco-label certifications and fair labor practices.
