• Consult with key business stakeholders to determine business objectives and success factors, collaborate with team members to collect, analyze, and evaluate information from multiple sources.

• Conduct business analysis, hypothesis testing and research to identify key metrics and opportunities for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Develop deep understanding of the client’s data ecosystem, data models, analytics needs and AI/ML maturity.
• Write and document business requirements, functional requirements, and design specifications for solution architecture and technical solutions teams.
• Work with solution architecture and solutions teams to develop a solution that meets business requirements.
• Collaborate with solution delivery teams to ensure functional and technical convergence of implementation within agreed timelines and success measures.
• Continuously improve existing business processes and strive to develop new ones to improve efficiency.
• Own client issues/production incidents, triaging (technical, data, and functional), assignment, and resolution. Work closely with data ingestion, data analytics, and other application teams to identify root cause, potential solutions and future mitigations to ensure process robustness.
